Following the filing of 38 additional accusations against them by British authorities, controversial influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were detained in the United States. According to the UK’s Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), Andrew is facing charges for sex trafficking, indecent child photos, and seven further instances of rape.
Three counts of arranging or aiding trafficking for sexual exploitation and two counts of rape are included in Tristan’s charges. According to authorities, there are currently 59 charges against the brothers. According to reports, the alleged offense occurred between July 2010 and August 2017. In the past, the Tates have denied any misconduct.
The brothers are dual British-US nationals, and after their detention, prosecutors will start the legal process to extradite them to the UK, according to the CPS.Following the receipt of additional information from Bedfordshire Police, these charge judgments were made, bringing the total number of alleged victims in this case to seven,
According to Malcolm McHaffie, Head of the CPS’s Special Crime Division. Police in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire have been conducting a “complex investigation” into many offences.
